One of my goals was to balance hormones as a possible root cause in controlling weight. My biggest changes are weight loss, the way I look, an the way I feel about food. I no longer blindly put food in my mouth and I now eat an 80% plant-based diet. I was also able to discover a connection between food and anger.
I am trying more vegetables and actually cooking. I used to hate cooking. Now I have enjoyed seeing what I can throw together and have many different vegetables in the meal.
I notice how my body feels. I have more energy and I feel healthy. My lab results have shown improvement. My scale looks lower, my clothes fit better and I have bought some new clothes.
I would recommend Tina to anyone who really wants to heal from the inside out.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been gaining a reasonable amount of weight and strength back. I've also experienced less inflammation than before. My skin is less rash- & acne-filled.

My top three goals were to eliminate yeast (overgrowth) symptoms, understand what not to eat that is contributing to my issues, and to feel in control/knowledgeable about my eating choices.
Tina was able to help me by providing lots of information for my specific needs, providing recipes, providing specific information about ingredients to buy in the grocery store.
Since being in the program I have noticed weight loss and not being as tired in the morning. The most significant overal change has been my breakfast, which has impated the rest of my day in a positive way. I also feel strong enough to make better choices when eating out.
